Develop an up-to-date Teacher Evaluation Handbook that reflects compliance with Virginia’s revised Guidelines for Uniform Performance Standards and Evaluation Criteria for Teachers.
Develop an up-to-date Principal Evaluation Handbook that reflects compliance with Virginia’s revised Guidelines for Uniform Performance Standards and Evaluation Criteria for Principals.
Develop an up-to-date Employee Handbook which covers key aspects of employment.
Disseminate human resource documents and provide appropriate professional development to personnel.
Survey employees regarding the accessibility and usefulness of Human Resource documents
