Activities and Strategies:
Continually promote the increase of salaries for all employee groups, enabling the division to remain competitive with surrounding school divisions.
Emphasize and expand programs of recognition for all groups of employees.
Provide leadership opportunities within the division.
Establish succession plans to allow opportunities to move from one position to another (i.e., teacher to specialist or teacher to administrator).
Encourage personnel to pursue additional certifications, advanced degrees, and dual enrollment credentials, etc.
Revise exit interview questions on the computer to be user friendly and completed easily online as a checkout requirement.
