Establish a student council at each school.
Emphasize and expand programs of recognition for students.
Encourage, promote and recognize students who complete community service at the elementary and middle school levels.
Encourage high school students to complete community service as defined by the Board of Education in outlining requirements for the Diploma Seal for Excellence in Civics Education.
