COVID Vaccine Clinic for students ages 5-11
We are pleased to announce that the Three Rivers Health District will be hosting a COVID vaccine clinic specifically for Westmoreland County Public Schools' students, ages 5 - 11 years old. This vaccine clinic will be held Thursday, February 3, 2022 from 4-6 p.m. in the gymnasium at Washington & Lee High School.
This clinic will be for the 5-11 year old age group only. This clinic will be for those who need either the FIRST or SECOND dose. All second dose participants are reminded to bring their vaccine card with them.
All minors MUST be accompanied by an adult (age 18 and older). If a parent/guardian does not come with the minor they MUST send a copy of the signed registration form with the child. Any child arriving at the clinic without an adult or proper forms will be turned away.
Parents are also asked to review the fact sheet and complete the registration form in advance of the clinic. Then bring the completed registration form on the day of the clinic.
If you are unable to register or complete the forms in advance, you may still bring your children to the clinic to receive the vaccination. Walk-ins will be welcome, and forms will be made available at the clinic.
